Gorgeous Hilltop Residence

This beautifully situated home that sits high on the hill of Shoreline Drive has been snapped up by a family that wants to spend more time in Seldovia! Wahoo! We love seeing young families moving into our community, investing in our beautiful town and wanting to raise thier children either part-time in the summers or full-time year round in Seldovia! It always warms my heart to see a home that gets infrequent use come to life with bicycles, forts and children squeeling about in the yard! SO good! I've always said that Seldovia is VERY welcoming to children and dogs! :) I know that 19 years ago, we moved here from a bigger city to enjoy the small town lifestyle - and Seldovia, you never disappoint! So it is exciting to me to help families who are searching for that same flavor, who want that simple lifestyle, and who enjoy the Alaska outdoors, to bring and raise their kiddos in remote Seldovia!
