Outside Beach & Otterbahn Trail: This scenic area is a prime location for wild berries, especially in the late summer and fall. You'll find blueberries, raspberries, salmonberries, and even huckleberries along the trails.
Rocky Ridge Trail, Red Mountain Hike and up to the ACS tower trails you'll find berries along the way! You can find an abundance of wild berries growing in forested areas along our trails. Sometimes you will find small pockets of raspberry bushes or even wild strawberries which thrive near the coastline.
Always be sure to pick along easements, trails or public lands. Be thoughtful not to trespass on private property. If you don't know where to go - ask!
